Phonic screening data may be manually entered by Admin Users or imported via a Common Transfer File from your school Management System. As Sonar does not support creating statutory data returns the recommended approach is to import the data. To find out more about importing statutory data click here.
If you want to view or edit (Admins only) the data navigate to the Assessments view and choose Phonics Tests from the Statutory Assessments section.
There are separate columns for Year 1 and Year 2 data.
Click in a box and type the value you want to enter (0-40)
If you are entering lots of data you should ensure the Saved indicator continues to display. Issues such as poor internet may prevent saving. If the data does not save check your internet connection.
