- logging in for the first time and haven't received a set up email,
- this email has expired or
- you have forgotten your password.

Click the 'Forgot password?' link.
Some users find that they then see an 'Error 404' message - please see this guidance for more support - Resetting password - 404 code
Enter your email address and click Continue. You will be sent a password reset email - follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
If you haven't received the email, please check any junk / spam / clutter folders.
It is also worth checking with an admin user that you have been added as a user and that the email associated to the account is correct.
