If you or someone else is seeing a 404 error code when using 'Forgot Password' in Sonar please try the following;
1) Ensure you / they are using the correct url - https://sonar.junipereducation.org - to access the 'Forgot Password' link
2) Anyone can request an email reset password by using the 'Forgot Password' link in https://sonar.junipereducation.org and entering the email address of the member of staff unable to login. Please do this on behalf of the person unable to use 'Forgot Password' or ask someone else to try this for you if you are having the issue.
If once you have tried both of these you are still seeing the 404 error message it could be due to the filtering within your firewall settings. We advise that you request that your IT Support contact, 'unblocks https://auth.junipereducation.org in your Firewall and/or Web Filtering system.' They may also need to add that URL to the“Authentication Exception” list.
If you are still unable to reset the password please get in touch as we need to understand why this is.
