Key Contract Terms & Renewal Info/Process
Our current contracts run over 12 or 36 months, your contract start date and contract period are detailed on your order form, if you don't have this, please contact order.desk@junipereducation.org.Â

If you do not want to renew when your contract period ends, you are required to provide no less than 90 days' written notice to renewals@junipereducation.org.
If you fail to provide at least 90 days' written notice prior to the expiry of the you contract period
in accordance with Clause 3.1, in the Juniper Terms and Conditions.
The contract will automatically renew for successive periods, which are equivalent to your contract period until you provide no less than 90 days' written notice to renewals@junipereducation.org.

Sonar Support
