. When assessing EYFS in the Summer Term there are two different types of assessments to enter;
- the summative assessments ( eg Below, At, Above etc) used throughout the year against the EYFS curriculum - Entering Summative Assessments - review and complete these in Summer 2 to populate progress reports
- the ELG assessments (Expected and Emerging ) against the Early Learning Goals - Entering Statutory EYFS data - complete these to create the CTF to export to your MIS and populate the End of Reception Outcomes report. It is worth noting that you can 'bulk fill' either a subject or a child's assessments by clicking on the subject / child's name and then tweak as necessary which makes the process much quicker.
As the statutory assessments relate to a specific assessment criteria, and have specific outcomes they do need considering separately,
