The Formative Progress Analysis Report is designed to enable rapid analysis of progress against the formative objectives in order to identify any areas of focus for pupils.
The report displays the percentage of objectives that have been marked as achieved in each subject and the change over time between the two displayed periods.
When it is first run, it will automatically show Reading, Writing and Mathematics for the end of the previous academic year and the current term. This can be changed using the drop down boxes along the top of the report screen.
Report tools
The report name always appears in the top left with the date and time the report was run on the top right.

Refreshes the report. This can be useful if you have the report on screen for a long period of time and you know data may have changed (new assessments for example). |

States how many filters are currently applied and gives access to the filter tool. |

From period. Choose the first term to compare. |

To period. Choose the second term to compare. |
 |
Choose the subjects to display. |
 |
Choose the band, or bands, to display % of objectives for. The band matching the selected year group is automatically selected by default. |
