You should have received an email from the Sonar admin person for Sonar in your school. In this email there is a password reset link. Click it to go to the below screen.
Passwords must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (eg. !@#$%^&*)
If for any reason a welcome email isn't received, firstly check the details are correct for the user in Sonar and edit any discrepancies. Secondly, if the details are correct the user can simply go to the Sonar log in page and click forgot password. Sonar (junipereducation.org) This will prompt them to type in their email address and a password reset link will be sent to them.
Some users find that they then see an 'Error 404' message. This is very likely due to the filtering within your firewall settings. We advise that you request that your IT Support contact, 'unblocks https://auth.junipereducation.org in your Firewall and/or Web Filtering system.' They may also need to add that URL to the“Authentication Exception” list.
If you already have access to other Juniper products (not including trackers) a password change will not be required as you can use your same login details.
On successful password change you will be prompted to go 'Back to Juniper Education'.
And will then be taken to the following screen.
Simply log in to Sonar Tracker to continue, enter the login details and begin using Sonar.
