If your school has an MIS sync with Sonar, then you MUST manage your pupils through your MIS. Changes made to the pupil record on your MIS will be reflected in Sonar the following day.
If your school does not have an MIS sync then users with Admin access have the ability to remove pupils manually.
Click on Pupils on the left hand side of the screen
You will then see a list of pupils, click on the pupil you wish to remove. Then the following page will appear:
Select Remove Pupil - you will then have 2 options as below:
Mark as a Leaver - once you have selected this you will then have a calendar appear to enable you to select the date that the pupil left.
Permanently Remove Pupil - Must only be used if a child has been added in error. This will delete the Pupil Record and all assessment data.
