Each Sonar school has a Tracker Owner. This is generally the first point of contact and the person responsible for Sonar in school.
How to change the Tracker Owner?
If you need to change the main admin/tracker owner it is best if the current one can raise a support request to ask for this to be changed. They will need to provide the name, email address and job title of the new person to take over the tracker owner role.
If, for any reason, the tracker owner has already left and the details need changing retrospectively we will need the support ticket to be raised from a school email address and be from a member of the SLT that can be verified via either school website, government website or another member of the SLT.
