Sonar Tracker was developed by taking the best features from OTrack, Target Tracker and Classroom Monitor, every development has teachers at the heart, we don't like the thought of teachers spending hours entering and analysing their class data. Therefore we have introduced Effective Assessment in Sonar Tracker, enter your teacher judgement in Autumn and it will duplicate across the year, so you only need to update the result if the pupil dipped or grown in terms of understanding the curriculum.
An Introduction to Juniper
Juniper Education formed in 2019 with the acquisition of Target Tracker. Since then, OTrack, Classroom Monitor, Pupil Asset, PrimarySite, E4Education, Concentric Curriculum, Jane Systems among others have joined the business. Providing schools with a one-stop-shop for all their needs in school.

Key Contract Terms & Renewal Info/Process
Our current contracts run over 12 or 36 months, your contract start date and contract period are detailed on your order form, if you don't have this, please contact order.desk@junipereducation.org.
If you do not want to renew when your contract period ends, you are required to provide no less than 90 days' written notice to software.renewals@junipereducation.org.
If you fail to provide at least 90 days' written notice prior to the expiry of the you contract period
in accordance with Clause 3.1, in the Juniper Terms and Conditions.
The contract will automatically renew for successive periods, which are equivalent to your contract period until you provide no less than 90 days' written notice to software.renewals@junipereducation.org.

Quick Start Training: When you log into Sonar there will be a guided tour which will help you get up and running within 15 minutes.
Add Staff Accounts: Go to School > Add User – Enter basic details to create the account.

Sonar Support
Support and guidance can be accessed through our extensive knowledgebase, where you will find articles and videos to help you get the most from your Sonar Tracker. The knowledgebase can be accessed via the ‘?’ in the top left corner of Sonar.
