Progress Over Time Overview
Purpose
Accessed from the Primary Subjects Overview Widget, the Progress Over Time Overview report lets you view how pupil attainment is changing by Group from Assessment Period to Assessment Period. For each Assessment Period, the percentage of pupils (by Group) whose combined summative assessment results are either At or Above ARE are plotted on the chart. For each Group, the summative assessment results plotted for each Assessment Period are joined together with a line. You can use this visual representation to review progress over time for the various pupil Groups based on the View Options you select, and compare them against each other.
By default, the report loads in the By School view. The view lets you analyse pupil attainment over time within a specific School, viewing how it changes between Assessment Periods. Alternatively you can compare attainment between different schools, or compared the attainment of pupils in a school to your Trust Average.
Information: Calculations are based only on those pupils with assessment data. Pupils without assessment data are not included in calculations.
Information: The Progress Over Time Overview report is only available for those users who are part of an establishment that comprises multiple schools in Sonar Tracker (for example, a Multi Academy Trust) and have the appropriate permission associated with their User ID to access Sonar Multi-School content.
